1. Course Enrollment & Payments
Once you enroll in a course and make the payment, access to course material and sessions is granted.
All payments made are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course due to technical problems from our side and the issue cannot be resolved.
Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same course.
Trainer Unavailability: If we cancel a live session or course without providing an alternative arrangement.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Change of mind after enrollment.
Partial completion of a course.
Failure to attend live classes or sessions.
Dissatisfaction due to personal learning preferences if the course content was delivered as promised.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must email us at Info@digiskillboostindia.online within 7 days of purchase.
Please provide your name, course details, payment receipt, and reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to your original payment method.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the course starts, you may request cancellation by contacting us at least 48 hours before the start date.
Cancellation requests made after the course has started will not be eligible for a refund.
