1. Course Enrollment & Payments

  • Once you enroll in a course and make the payment, access to course material and sessions is granted.

  • All payments made are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course due to technical problems from our side and the issue cannot be resolved.

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same course.

  • Trainer Unavailability: If we cancel a live session or course without providing an alternative arrangement.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after enrollment.

  • Partial completion of a course.

  • Failure to attend live classes or sessions.

  • Dissatisfaction due to personal learning preferences if the course content was delivered as promised.

4. Refund Request Process

  • To request a refund, you must email us at Info@digiskillboostindia.online within 7 days of purchase.

  • Please provide your name, course details, payment receipt, and reason for the refund request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to your original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the course starts, you may request cancellation by contacting us at least 48 hours before the start date.

  • Cancellation requests made after the course has started will not be eligible for a refund.
